
Ranveer Singh Don 3 Controversy: After Farhan Akhtar’s complaint about leaving ‘Don 3’, Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) had issued a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh. After this no member of this federation could work with Ranveer. However, on Wednesday FWICE had lifted the ban imposed on Ranveer. Meanwhile, such information has come to light that work on this project was going on 32 months before Ranveer left the film in December 2025.
Actually, Farhan Akhtar’s company Excel Entertainment announced on August 9, 2023. Ranveer Singh A teaser video was released introducing him as a don. In a report by Bollywood Hungama, quoting a source, it was said that the makers had started the work to introduce Ranveer as a don in April 2023, four months before the release of the teaser. The teaser was also shot at the same time.
2.5 years of hard work of the makers
Since then, work on this project continued for 32 months, keeping Ranveer Singh around. However, then Ranveer left the film. In such a situation, the hard work of more than 2.5 years of the makers went waste. Some time ago it was also said by Farhan Akhtar that Rs 45 crore was spent on the pre-production of this film. He had demanded compensation for the loss from Ranveer.

However, now FWICE has withdrawn its decision with immediate effect.
