The company claims that voice based AI call agent will be rolled out soon for subscribers. During AGM 2026, the company had shown the capability of AI agent and what this agent can do such as there is no need to download a separate app to use this agent. This AI agent will be able to transcribe the call and create a call summary.
What is Jio AI Call Agent?
Reliance Jio’s new voice-based AI agent has been designed to help you like a smart companion. The company showed that this AI agent will work like other voice-based agents. One thing that is good is that to use this AI agent or to use recording, there will be no need to download any separate app or buy a voice recording device.
The company says that this is a digital assistant, which will be available on every call. This agent will support all the major regional languages of India. This AI agent will be able to transcribe the call and create a call summary.

When Jio’s AI agent is listening, the message AI Assist Active will appear to inform the subscriber.
