Talking about creamy pasta, it seems that it will contain cheese or a lot of cream, due to which the calories in it will be very high, but it is not so. You can make delicious pasta without cheese and cream which is also nutritious. so let’s take a look Recipe.

Note the ingredients

2 medium sized ridge gourd, 2 teaspoon desi ghee, 1 big onion, 3-4 tomatoes, 100 grams makhana, 50 grams cashew nuts, 100 grams paneer, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 250 grams pasta. Salt as per taste.

Creamy Pasta Recipe

  • First of all, peel the ridge gourd and cut it into small pieces. Along with this, onion and tomato also have to be chopped roughly.
  • Heat 1 spoon desi ghee in the pan. Add onion, tomato, ridge gourd, makhana, cashew nuts and a little water and keep it to cook.
  • Put water to boil in another pan and cook the pasta with a little salt until it becomes soft.
  • Open the lid of tomatoes and onions and check if they are cooked, then turn off the gas and take them out in a bowl and let them cool.
  • After it cools down, put everything in the mixer grinder. Add cheese to it and grind it well to make a paste.

  • Now again add 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan, melt it and add the prepared sauce i.e. onion, tomato, cheese paste in it.
  • Cook it well for some time, if necessary add a little water so that the paste remains creamy and not dry.
  • When the gravy is cooked, add boiled pasta to it. Along with this, add your black pepper, mixed herbs and salt as per taste.
  • After mixing all the ingredients, serve the pasta hot. While eating you will not realize that there is no cream in the creamy pasta.

Note these tips

If you want to make gravy immediately and the prepared mixture is hot then the simple way is to put some ice cubes in the mixer jar. If you avoid pasta because it contains flour, then you can try multigrain pasta. Apart from ridge gourd, you can also add any other vegetable of your choice in it.
