England women’s cricket team has won the three-match T20 series from New Zealand. In the match played in Hove on 25th May, New Zealand team was limited to only 80 runs and England achieved this target in 37 balls in advance by losing just 3 wickets. Sophia Dunkley scored the maximum 22 runs for England. Heather Knight played 19 runs and Maia Bouchier played 19 runs. The script of England’s victory was written by its bowlers. The New Zealand team looked helpless in front of the deadly bowling of Charlie Dean and Danny Gibson.

The pitch at Hove County Ground was suitable for bowling but the New Zealand captain won the toss and chose to bat first and this decision was the biggest reason for the defeat. New Zealand’s batsmen played a lot of dot balls. This team played a total of 69 dot balls, which increased the pressure on every batsman and the team was reduced to just 80 runs.
