Ranveer Singh Farhan Akhtar had offered the big franchise film DON 3. The shoot of the film was stuck for a long time. Finally it was found out that Farhan and Ranveer Singh are starting work in January. But before that the actor left the film. After which Farhan Akhtar took help from FWICE. Also said that due to the actor suddenly leaving the film, he has suffered a loss of Rs 45 crores. Which should be compensated, but Ranveer Singh’s team refused to accept it. But before the ban i.e. in March, Ranveer Singh had made an attempt.
What did Ranveer Singh offer?
Recently a report was published on a news website. From which it was revealed that Ranveer’s team had offered to give Rs 10 crore in advance to Excel Entertainment. Apart from this, it was also said that a discount of Rs 25 crore would be given on any other film other than ‘Don 3’. The direct objective of which was that Excel could be compensated immediately. Also, the relations with this production house remained good for the future. But the matter could not be resolved.
Why did Farhan reject the offer?
Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani did not see any benefit in Ranveer Singh’s offer. According to them, the offer of discount in future has no meaning. Because both had already decided that they would not work with Ranveer again. He said that after the difficulties he has gone through in the last two years, he would not like to work with Ranveer Singh in the future. He clearly said that he had suffered a loss due to the delay in work and the discord that arose at the end. Therefore this offer was rejected. He had clarified that the loss should be compensated immediately.
