Divyendu On Student Protest: Questions are being raised on the police action during the students’ protest against the NEET paper leak in Delhi. The way the protesting students were lathicharged and tear gas shells were fired, not only the common people but also the cinema stars are seen angry. Voices are continuously being raised in support of students from the film industry. Now Mirzapur’s Munna Bhaiya i.e. Divyendu Sharma has also reacted on this matter. He has shared a poem on Instagram on the issue of lathi charge on students.

Divyendu While posting his poem on Instagram, he wrote in the caption, “Democracy = accountability. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat.” This post of Divyendu, who gained fame by playing the role of villain Munna in Mirzapur, is continuously getting reactions from fans. Thousands of likes have come on the post within a short time. One user wrote, “You are the only artiste who has guts and courage. Thank you sir for raising your voice for the students.” Another user wrote, “There are very few actors like you, who have raised their voice in support of students.”

These stars also supported the students

Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has been protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi since last month. Protestors are demanding the resignation of the Education Minister in the NEET paper leak case. Meanwhile, a call was given for a Parliament march on 20th July. During this time there was a ruckus and the police lathicharged the protesting students. Since then, film stars are also supporting the students. Shabana Azmi And stars like Prakash Raj had reached Jantar Mantar. Dozens of artists like Naseeruddin Shah, Preity Zinta, Sonakshi Sinha, Imran Khan, Ayush Sharma, Arijit Singh have spoken in support of the students.
