According to the viral post, it has been said to give rice and soybean on Monday, rice-dal and potato chokha on Tuesday, pulao and matar paneer on Wednesday, rice-pumpkin and gram on Thursday, mixed vegetable or chickpea on Friday and khichdi-papad or sweets on Saturday.

ISKCON gave clarification
After the matter escalated, the statement of ISKCON Kolkata vice president and spokesperson Radharaman Das has come to light. Giving clarification, he said that the menu going viral on social media regarding mid day meal is completely fake and there is no truth in it.
Radharaman Das said on his social media, ‘I have come to know that some people are sharing a post about mid-day given to students in Kolkata. However, I want to tell you that no menu has been decided yet. We have not released this food list. He said, ‘Once the menu is decided, we will announce it officially. Please avoid sharing such wrong information.
It has come to my notice that some people are sharing the following proposed menu for the midday meal in Kolkata. However, I would like to clarify that no such menu has been finalized, and this list has not been issued by us.
