
Diljit On CJP Protest: Police lathi-charged students during the ‘Sansad Chalo’ march of CJP (Cockroach Janata Party) at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. The police even fired tear gas shells at the protesting students who were moving forward with their demands and there was a lot of scuffling. Against which many voices have been raised from the entertainment and social media world. Many actors were also present in that demonstration, but now Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh has also supported the students and criticized the lathi charge on them. While sharing a story on Instagram, the singer wrote, “Whatever happened today, it was very bad… students should not have been treated like this.”
Diljit Dosanjh Has not given any reaction on this issue till now. His fans and students were continuously demanding the actor to raise his voice through social media. Because he also supported the farmers. Now finally Diljit Dosanjh also strongly condemned the violence that took place during the protests at Jantar Mantar. Also appealed to the government to listen to the demands of the students. Diljit Dosanjh said in Punjabi, “I request the officials and administration to listen to the demands of the students, the voice of the public is the voice of God.”

While posting the story on Instagram, Diljit Dosanjh wrote – “Whatever happened today, it was very bad. This kind of behavior should not have happened with the students. I request the authorities and the administration to listen to the demands of the students. The voice of the public is the voice of God. I have already been tagged ‘anti-nationalist’ many times. Even now I will be called a traitor. After the farmers’ movement, I had to face a lot of opposition and legal problems, which I Can’t even discuss, God is watching everything, Baba bless everyone.

Actually, Diljit Dosanjh was avoiding speaking on this matter till now, but when he spoke, he told what had happened to him after the farmers’ movement.
