Dhurandhar 2 OTT: The discussion about Aditya Dhar’s film ‘Dhurandhar’ is not ending even after so long of its release. The first part of the film was released in December 2025, which was liked very much by the people, after which the second part of the film was also released three months later. Both the films have done wonders at the box office. After the theatres, the audience was waiting for the OTT release of the film for a long time, which is now over. However, Jio Hotstar has given a new twist in this also, due to which the audience is quite angry.
Ranveer Singh blockbuster movie of ‘Dhurandhar’ After the release of the first part on OTT, this film was at the top of OTT streaming within a short time. People were also very excited for the second part of the film. However, there was more excitement because the ‘Raw and Undekha’ version of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ was going to be released on OTT, that is, those scenes of the film which were removed from the theaters can be seen on OTT. But, instead of releasing it on OTT, it was streamed live, which the audience did not like at all.
Displeasure over live streaming
The film was to be released on Jio Hotstar on June 4, 2026, but it was streamed live. Its timing was from 7 pm, which started half an hour late. Not only this, there were many such parts in the live streaming of the film, due to which people lost their excitement and their experience of watching the film got spoiled. People have expressed their displeasure on social media, calling live streaming of the film on Jio Hotstar a bad idea. Because one could watch the film from the beginning only after the live stream ended.
@JioHotstar couldve simply released #Dhurandhar2TheRevenge as it is without the drama of this live streaming premiere and people couldve enjoyed it.

Sound quality problem too
Many have told that despite watching the film at home, they could not stop it, and many people have also expressed problems with its sound quality. According to him, in some scenes in the film the sound suddenly reduces, due to which it becomes difficult to hear the dialogues. One user wrote, without the drama of this live streaming premiere, ‘Dhurandhar 2’ could have been released directly and people could have enjoyed it. However, this film can be watched on OTT from June 5.
