Experts said that the third reason could be deficiency of Vitamin C and Vitamin K, because both these nutrients help in keeping the gums and blood vessels healthy.” /></a><a href=<b>Incorrect use of brush</b>– Dr. Lakshmi says that the fourth reason is brushing too hard or using the wrong brush, which can cause injury to the gums. People believe that the faster and more vigorously you brush your teeth, the better your teeth will be cleaned. This is a big mistake and due to this the gums start becoming weak.” /></a><a href=<b>Some diseases and medicines</b>– The fifth reason can also be some diseases or medicines, like diabetes, blood thinner medicines or lack of platelets in the body. If there is frequent bleeding from the gums, foul smell from the mouth or swelling in the gums persists, then one should immediately get checked by a dentist.
