Salman Khan Matrubhumi Release: The more excitement there is among the audience about Salman Khan’s most awaited film ‘Mathrubhoomi’, the more this film is disappointing the fans. Earlier this film was scheduled to release on April 30, but it was suddenly postponed and since then people are continuously waiting for its release. Recently, reports said that ‘Mathrubhoomi’ may be released in August or October 2026. But no statement came from the makers. Amidst these reports, the biggest update has now been received on ‘Mathrubhoomi’. There is news that fans will have to wait a long time for this film of Salman Khan, because ‘Mathrubhoomi’ may get pushed to 2027.
The seventh month of the year 2026 is going on and till now salman khan None of his films have been released in theatres, due to which his fans are a bit disappointed. His ‘Matri Bhoomi’ was constantly being awaited and now recent reports are claiming that fans may have to wait a little longer for it. It is being told that the release date of the film may be extended. However, if this happens, then 2027 can prove to be very special for Salman Khan’s fans, because his two big films can hit the theaters in the same year.
Mathrubhumi to release in 2027?
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the Defense Ministry had some objections to the content of the film and the mention of China in it, due to which the release of ‘Mathrubhoomi’ was delayed. It is being told that some issues related to the film have not been resolved yet. However, even if the makers solve these problems, it will be difficult for them to get a good release slot, because some big Bollywood projects have already booked big slots and Salman Khan does not want his film to clash with any other film. Considering this, Matribhoomi can be released in 2027.

Confusion over the release of Mathrubhumi
According to experts, Dussehra can be a good option for the release of ‘Matribhumi’, because the release date of Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ramayan’ will be advanced to October 30. After that, no big film is going to be released till the last week of November, due to which ‘Mathrubhoomi’ can also benefit. But the makers are currently focusing on completing the incomplete work related to the film. When the work of the film is completely completed, then it will be thought of releasing it. The makers of ‘Mathrubhoomi’ do not want to do anything hasty and the film is being prepared on a large scale. For this reason, thoughts are being raised about extending its release date. However, no official announcement has been made yet by the makers in this regard.
Two films of Salman Khan in 2027?
If sources are to be believed, if the issues related to ‘Mathrubhoomi’ are not resolved soon, then it will be postponed to next year. If this happens, then two films of Salman Khan will be released in 2027. Currently, Salman Khan is shooting for Vamshi Pedipalli’s untitled film, in which Nayanthara is in the female lead role. Salman Khan and Vamshi’s film will be released on the occasion of Eid in the year 2027. But, it is too early to say anything about whether Mathrubhumi will come this year or next year until the makers make an announcement.
