The long running dispute between Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel and Moradabad event organizer Pawan Kumar has finally ended with a mutual agreement. A new twist has emerged in this famous case of Moradabad, where complainant Pawan Kumar has decided to withdraw all the cases pending in the court against the actress. The whole matter was related to taking advance money for dance performance in a wedding ceremony and not reaching the event.
Pawan Kumar had approached the court in this matter, after which non-bailable warrants were also issued against the actress. some time ago Ameesha Patel Had come to Moradabad and got his advance bail done. However, the complainant had to go to court again when the check given under a later settlement bounced. Now, with the mediation of some common friends of Delhi and people from the film industry, a final agreement has been reached between the two parties.
Ameesha Patel returned Pawan Kumar’s money
Actress Ameesha Patel has returned the entire outstanding amount of complainant Pawan Kumar. After that, the complainant in this case has given an application in the court to withdraw the case. Currently the actress is in New York and will issue a press release in this regard as soon as she returns to India.
