Cooling Effect Food For Breakfast: Eat these things in the morning in summer…gut health will be improved, body will remain cool.

Oats are prepared from oats. This is a grain of cold nature and is also rich in fiber. Approximately 8.1 grams of fiber can be obtained from 1 cup of oats. Because of this, it helps in maintaining proper digestion. You can eat masala oats in the morning or you can eat rolled oats after soaking them overnight. If you add some nuts and seeds to it, the nutrition will increase further.
To maintain your gut health in summer, you should include curd and buttermilk in your diet. You can eat it in different ways. If you don't like too much fat then drink buttermilk, otherwise curd is also a good option. You can add some seasonal fruits to curd which will act as natural sugar and also help in keeping the body cool.
Like oats, barley is also a cold grain. You can make salty or sweet porridge and eat it in the morning. However, keep in mind that add very little sugar or choose a natural alternative to sugar for sweetness. It is also easy to digest. 
Pakhala Bhaat or Bore Basi, both are traditionally eaten with curd after soaking rice in water and fermenting it. In summers, in Odisha and Chhattisgarh, they prepare it especially at night and eat it as breakfast in the morning. It is also known by names like Poita Bhaat, Pani Bhaat, Panta Bhaat.
