The Special Cell and intelligence agencies of Delhi Police have exposed a dangerous terrorist-underworld module, whose conspiracy was to carry out major attacks in Delhi and Mumbai. Investigation has revealed that this entire network was being operated by four handlers sitting in Pakistan named Munna Jagra, Yawar Khan, Shahzad Bhatti and Aamir Jatt.
Actually, Delhi Police Special Cell got intelligence about this module, on the basis of which notorious shooter Vijay Don was first arrested from Pune. On his information, another accused was arrested from Sahibganj, Jharkhand. During interrogation, it was revealed that both were in direct contact with Shehzad Bhatti sitting in Pakistan.
Preparations for major terrorist incident completed
After this, Tauqeer and Arbaaz Khan were arrested from Mumbai, whose handler was Vijay Shooter. As the investigation progressed, the names of Muzafa and Yawar Khan also came to light. During interrogation, these accused revealed that preparations for a major terrorist incident in Delhi were almost complete.
Recei videos of many important places recovered
According to the investigating agencies, the targets of the terrorists were the security forces deployed in Delhi and many vital installations. Videos of recce of many important places of Delhi and Mumbai have been recovered from the possession of the accused. These also include Mumbai’s Dadar Railway Station and many big bridges. Security agencies are on alert mode after receiving videos of many strategic locations in Delhi.
Munna Jagada, the important character of the entire network
CP Anil Shukla of Special Cell told that Munna Jagada is an important character of this entire network. According to the investigating agencies, Munna Jagra is the same person who attacked Chhota Rajan in the year 2000. After serving his sentence in Bangkok, he went to Pakistan and started operating his network from Karachi.

According to sources, the current location of Munna Jagada is said to be Karachi. He had sent one of his close associates, Kami Lama, who is a resident of Nepal, to Delhi, who provided not only financial but also logistical support to this module.
During investigation, four hand grenades were recovered from the accused, which were later safely defused by NSG. Apart from this, 25 live cartridges and two copy Glock pistols made in Pakistan Ordinance Factory have also been recovered. This consignment of weapons was sent to India through drone. It clearly means that Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and D Company had completed preparations to suppress the trigger of the conspiracy.

- Nitish Paswan (23), son of Naval Kishore, resident of Sakrogarh Gas Godown, Police Station Jiruabari, Sahibganj, Jharkhand.
- Taokeer Rizwan Ahmed Shaikh (27), Mumbra, Maharashtra
- Sajid Mehboob Shaikh alias Arbaaz Khan (27), son of Mehboob Shaikh, resident of Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Harvinder Singh (28), son of Harbhajan Singh, resident of Dehlon, Ludhiana, Punjab.
- Gagandeep Singh (28), son of Gurdeep Singh, resident of Rampur, Ludhiana, Punjab.
- Manjeet Singh (23), son of Kulwant Singh, resident of Gidari, Ludhiana, Punjab.
- Lama Ang Kami (66), son of Finjo Lama, resident Sherpa Colony, Kathmandu, Nepal.
