He said that now he will separate himself from politics and protect his religion and will continue doing this work till his last breath. Actually Digvijay Singh is starting his padyatra from Ujjain to Ayodhya on 2nd October. He has said this regarding this.
On the question of theft of Ram Mandir donations, former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said, “I understand Sanatan Dharma. I also understand BJP, VHP and RSS. Now my aim is to protect the religion. That is, to do the religion till my last breath. There is no politics involved in this. Meanwhile, on the question of inviting Rahul Gandhi for the yatra, he said that I will not invite anyone. But I will definitely invite Santosh Dubey. Santosh is the same Kar Sevak who was shot four times. He Will be the chief guest during my visit.”

Earlier, former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said that the padyatra will start from Ujjain to Ayodhya from October 2. It will be non-political. There will be no party flag in it. This can include all those who have faith in Lord Ram. All those who have donated to Ram temple can participate. Ujjain to Ayodhya is approximately one thousand kilometers, we will walk 10 to 15 kilometers daily. In those days, I will neither use Facebook nor Twitter. People from all parties, who are against donation thieves, should join this.
BJP’s counterattack on Digvijay Singh
Digvijay Singh also put up a banner outside his house in Bhopal, on which it was written, entry of donation thieves and offering thieves of Ram temple is prohibited. BJP spokesperson Dr. Hitesh Vajpayee sarcastically said that Digvijay Singh should call Zakir Naik and people with like thoughts to join this yatra.
Congress party always hurts faith
At the same time, BJP MP State President Hemant Khandelwal said that Ram Temple is the center of faith of crores of people and it has been built with the collective efforts of everyone. He said that the Uttar Pradesh government is taking tough decisions regarding the development works of Ram Temple. Khandelwal alleged that the Congress Party has always worked to hurt the faith of the country.
