Congress has announced candidates for Rajya Sabha elections. Party president Mallikarjun Kharge, Pawan Kheda and Mansoor Ali Khan have been made candidates from Karnataka. Along with this, Meenakshi Natarajan from Madhya Pradesh, Neeraj Dangi from Rajasthan, Praveen Chakraborty from Tamil Nadu and Pranav Jha from Jharkhand have been made candidates.
Sources say that Mallikarjun Kharge will file nomination on Friday, Pawan Kheda on Saturday. Pawan Kheda has cited cross voting in Jharkhand. Hemant Soren said that this time give both the seats to JMM. Congress will get the seat next time.
