May 26, 2026 by Uma Shankar

After the results of CBSE board examinations, questions are being raised continuously on handwriting and suspicious checking of copies. Now a student has made a big allegation against the board. Student Harsh Chaurasia alleges that it is written outside the copy that I have taken a supplementary copy, but below only the main copy of 32 pages has been checked. The complete supplementary copy of Physics of 8 pages is missing.

Actually, CBSE board 12th student Harsh Chaurasia has got 73 marks in Physics, whereas he says that he should have got more than 85 marks. Harsh has posted on X and explained his problem. His post is also viral. Harsh says that the answers to two questions were written in the supplementary copy, but these copies themselves are missing. Had that copy been checked, he could have got more numbers also. Apart from this, step by step marking has also not been done. Harsh Chaurasia had also given JEE Mains and got 88 percent in that also. Harsh has also given JEE Advanced, his result is awaited.

Had the supplementary copy been examined, marks would have been found.

Harsh says that he has got only 84 percent marks. Whereas he expected much more than this. Harsh says that copy checking is a different matter. Step by step marking was also not done. According to Harsh, he had written the answers to two important questions in the same supplementary copy. He believes that if that copy had been checked, he could have got at least 7 to 8 more marks. Harsh says that the teachers who checked the copies have not done their job properly. Its supplementary copy has also gone missing.

Copy provided five days after depositing fees

The student told that he had deposited the fee to see the answer sheet on May 20, but the copy was provided to him after about five days. After looking at the copy, he also found many such questions, where despite the answers being correct, less marks were given than expected. Not only this, when he raised questions on this, it was not heard. Not only this, he also informed the board officials about the missing supplementary copy, but no hearing was held. After this he was forced to express his views on social media.
