
After the defeat in the assembly elections, the troubles of former Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee are increasing. FIR has been registered against Abhishek Banerjee at Bhawanipur Police Station. A person named Arnabakanti Das has lodged an FIR in the police station on charges of making inflammatory remarks. The Trinamool MP has been accused of misusing power. Earlier, a complaint was filed against Abhishek Banerjee for making inflammatory remarks. Along with this, a complaint has been registered against former Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at Siliguri Cyber Crime Police Station.
Arnabakanti Das is a resident of Bhawanipur. He alleged that Abhishek Banerjee Has done such things which can spoil the communal harmony. He has spread hatred on social media. Also, Arnabkanti has attached the copy with the FIR, where Abhishek Banerjee had made such comments.

According to Arnabakanti Das, on May 2, Abhishek Banerjee had written on his Due to Abhishek Banerjee’s comments, a new complaint has been filed at Bhawanipur Police Station. Complaints were filed earlier also
A main FIR was registered on charges of making inflammatory comments and threatening Union Home Minister Amit Shah during the election campaign. He was charged under a total of 6 sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Representation of the People Act. A social activist named Rajiv Sarkar had lodged this complaint at Bidhannagar Cyber Crime Police Station.
Complaint against Mamta also in the police station
On Tuesday, lawyer Rinki Singh Chatterjee filed a case against Trinamool supremo Mamata Banerjee at Siliguri Cyber Crime Police Station. In the complaint, Mamata Banerjee has been accused of making remarks against a particular community in 2025. In this allegation it has been said that the former Chief Minister had made a comment calling religion ‘filth’. For this reason a case was registered.
