There is anger across the country due to NEET paper leak and huge irregularities in the examination. Students and parents as well as all political parties have expressed their displeasure over this issue. Protests are being held regarding this in many states of the country including the capital Delhi. Meanwhile, the statement of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK chief MK Stalin has come to light. He has demanded abolition of NEET. He says that DMK was the first to raise the issue of NEET.
DMK chief MK Stalin has shared a post on social media, in which, referring to the protests in Delhi, he has once again intensified the demand for abolishing the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). He says that the main issue of students’ protest should be to abolish NEET.

‘We were the first to warn’
In his post, the former CM said, ‘The protests by students in New Delhi have now attracted the attention of the entire country. We were the first to warn that #NEET has been designed in such a way that large-scale irregularities can occur in it. That is why DMK has opposed NEET from the beginning and has continuously told about the dangers associated with it.
Demand to abolish NEET
Further, MK Stalin said, ‘Tamil Nadu, which led India in protecting social justice and paved the way for the first constitutional amendment, has only one demand – #AbolitionOfNEET.’
‘Permanent solution to all problems’
The DMK chief says that there may be many demands in the students’ protest, but the demand to abolish NEET should be the most important issue. He said that only by abolishing NEET, a permanent solution to all these problems of the students will be possible. He says that there is a need to seriously consider the issues related to NEET and listen to the demands of the students.
Students’ agitation continues in Delhi
Students are protesting at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar regarding NEET paper leak and huge irregularities in the examination. This movement is also getting support from all the political parties. Students are adamant on demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. On July 20, the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) called for a Parliament march, in which students from across the country participated. During this period, violent clashes also took place between the police and students.
