The film, which was released on June 19, is seeing tremendous craze in the theatre. Made under the direction of Homi Ajdaniya, this film is getting good response from the audience and critics. It has been only 4 days since its release and in just four days the film has collected a net collection of more than Rs 50 crore in India. Whereas ‘Cocktail 2’ has crossed the figure of Rs 85 crore worldwide. With this earning, in 4 days, ‘Cocktail 2’ has left behind not just one or two, but all 26 films of Shahid Kapoor.

According to Sacknilk, ‘Cocktail 2’ has collected Rs 54.25 crore in 4 days at the domestic box office. The amount this film has earned in four days is more than the opening weekend collection of Shahid Kapoor’s 26 films. The film took a spectacular opening of Rs 13.50 crore on the first day and thereafter maintained a strong hold over the weekend. With this, ‘Cocktail 2’ has also left behind Shahid’s 26 films.

According to reports, the India net collection of the film has reached around Rs 54 crore in four days. With this figure, ‘Cocktail 2’ has left behind the opening day records of many of Shahid’s films. These include many films including ‘Bloody Daddy’, ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’, ‘Rangoon’, ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’, ‘Shaandaar’, ‘Jersey’, ‘O’ Romeo’.
