Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav today gifted various development works worth Rs 30.86 crore to Kalapipal in Shajapur district. He inaugurated many works and performed Bhoomi Pujan here. He inaugurated the Kisan Samriddhi Sankalp Conference and ‘Green Black Peepal’ plantation campaign organized here by lighting the lamp. Before this, his ‘road show’ took place in Kalapeepal. During the program, the Chief Minister announced to provide new roads and railway over bridge to Shajapur. He said that efforts will be made to implement UCC in the state this month itself.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Said that Kalapeepal is a wonderful area. Mother Raj-Rajeshwari has immense blessings on him. Today this area is making a new record in plantation. This area is blessed by the five rivers Newaj, Lakundar, Chillar and Parvati. God has given amazing beauty to Shajapur.
He said that it is fortunate for us that there is a district like Shajapur in our state. He said that there is a song, ‘Mere Desh Ki Dharti Sona Ugale, Ugale Heere-Moti, Mere Desh Ki Dharti…’ Like this song, Shajapur is a land that spits out gold for us, a land that takes the workers forward, a land that makes the sun of the organization shine.
Ready to do everything for farmers
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said, ‘Those who give the gift of greenery to the earth, shape the future.’ ‘When farmers smile, they smile wherever they are, our India is fragrant because of their hard work’. Today’s event is not just a formality of Bhoomi Pujan and inauguration. He said that the hassle of farmers paying interest for 6-6 months will end. Now we will give loan for one year. Our government is ready to do everything for the farmers.
He said that the country is creating a distinct identity under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Starting from Kisan Samman Nidhi, all the schemes are continuously working for public welfare. He said, I want to ask the friends of Congress, what is your problem. You tell me where is Narmada and where is Shajapur. Still, Narmada water comes to 118 villages here. In the coming days, we will provide water to whatever villages are left and will provide water to the entire area.
Irrigation area increased under BJP government
He said that more than 250 rivers originate from the state. Rivers like Narmada, Parvati, Kalisindh, Chambal, Ken Betwa continued to flow and Congress people continued to run the government. Madhya Pradesh has been formed since 1956, but they did nothing till 2002-03. Till that time the area under irrigation was only seven and a half lakh hectares. People will remember that during 1956, the price of wheat used to be between Rs 80 to Rs 100 per quintal.
He said that Congress could not increase the price of wheat even by Rs 400 in 55 years. Whereas, currently farmers sold wheat for Rs 2625 per quintal. Tell this to the Congressmen that this is the BJP government. This is the result of voting for BJP. Congress only wants power. When BJP government was formed, the area under irrigation increased to 44 lakh hectares.
Congress made the states fight among themselves
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government is doing work one after the other to increase the income of farmers. For the farmer, the cost should be less and the income should be double. Now we will buy crops from farmers at MSP. Congressmen never bought a single grain from the farmers. Farmers were left to depend on the market. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told the public that if any Congressman comes to your door, then ask him all these questions.
Congress made the farmers of one state fight with the farmers of another state. The Congress government made the states of South India fight among themselves over the distribution of water. Rivers of farmers’ blood flowed and Congressmen enjoyed. Their job is to divide and rule the people. The British left and left the Congress. And these Congressmen sat on the heads of all of us.
Bundelkhand will no longer remain thirsty
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the dispute over water continued between Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh for 20-30 years. The solution was found through the Parvati-Kalisindh project under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. With this solution, 15 districts of Rajasthan and 13 districts of the state will celebrate. The central government will bear 90 percent of this project. He said that the people of Bundelkhand are very militant, but used to migrate only due to lack of water.
He said that today we have signed an MoU with Uttar Pradesh regarding Ken-Betwa river. The entire Bundelkhand will be drenched with water through this project. Similarly, we have also signed an agreement with Maharashtra. The entire region has changed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We had to pay Rs 1500 crore for the Sardara Sarovar project, but now we have to pay only Rs 231 crore.
no need for separate laws
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that from fields to barns and from barns to orchards, we respect everyone. Our government works throughout the year. Now the Congressmen are going to get a bigger shock. We have different laws for Hindus and different laws for Muslims, why should there be these different laws? There should be only one law. Muslim sisters are also our sisters. Whatever happens to them will not happen now. For the self-respect of these sisters, one country-one constitution-one head-one national anthem is necessary.
He said that therefore we will try to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in the Assembly this month. We are trying to increase the income of farmers through milk production. The recruitment of Sub Inspector was postponed for ten years, we started that recruitment. We gave promotions and opened avenues of employment. Today investment worth ten lakh crores has been made in Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is setting up a PepsiCo plant near you. This company will buy potatoes from you. Therefore, keep scope for potatoes in your crop. Farmers should build home stays on their land along the road. We will not ask for any separate electricity bill. Teach children in Sandipani schools. Many types of work are being done through Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
