Regarding this the minister said, Sona Pappu is a notorious scoundrel. Six such illegal constructions will be demolished. Constructions built by Raju Naskar and Sona Pappu will be demolished. Apart from this, two constructions of MLA and former minister Javed Khan and his son have been identified. These will be demolished.
He also said, action will be taken against those who built these houses. Action will also be taken against those who make them and those who invest money. Is it surprising that the previous government did not notice this matter for 15 years? They will also be punished. Notice to Abhishek on illegal construction
On the other end, Trinamool MP from Diamond Harbor and national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee has written a letter to Kolkata Municipal Corporation asking for time. Kolkata Municipal Corporation has issued a notice regarding the valuation of his property and demolition of an illegal part of his house.
Abhishek Banerjee has now sent a letter to Kolkata Municipal Corporation through a lawyer to give information about this. It is noteworthy that earlier, journalists had faced Abhishek’s anger by asking questions about the illegal part of the house. An angry Abhishek said, “Go to Kolkata Municipal Corporation and ask where is the illegal portion?” However, this time he softened his tone and sent the letter.
Abhishek Banerjee asked for time after notice
According to Kolkata Municipal Corporation sources, the Municipal Corporation will give time to Abhishek Banerjee to provide information. However, it will go to the Municipal Commissioner for approval in this regard, and then the Commissioner will decide on the entire matter.
Kolkata Municipal Corporation had sent notices to Abhishek Banerjee’s Kalighat house and Shantiniketan house. According to sources, he had seen many illegal constructions in the houses of Shantiniketan and Kalighat. Many parts have been demolished and new constructions have been done.
For this reason, a notice under section 400 (1) has been sent to the house at 188 A Harish Mukherjee Road, 121 Kalighat Road, where ‘Abhishek Hardware’ shop is located (which is actually in the name of Abhishek’s mother Lata Banerjee), based on allegations of illegal construction. In these two notices, orders have been given to demolish the illegal construction of two houses. An order has been given to demolish it within 7 days. If Abhishek Banerjee himself does not demolish it, the corporation will do the work of demolishing it.
