Dayanand Shetty On CID Season 3: The second season of the crime TV show CID went off air in December 2025. After that such information came to light that the makers are going to bring its third season also. Fans are also eagerly waiting for the third season. However, now Dayanand Shetty says that he feels that perhaps the channel is not interested in the third season.
Dayanand Shetty’CID’ Used to play the role of Senior Inspector Daya. He appeared in both the first and second seasons and people liked him. Recently, in a conversation with Change and Beyond YouTube channel, when Daya was asked about the third season, she said, “We tried a lot. Our last episode came in December 2025. After that we thought that season 3 would come, because the second season had received a very good response, whether it was on Netflix or Sony.”

Dayanand Shetty further said, “But now I feel that maybe the channel is not interested, but our viewers and fans club are all in touch. Wherever I go, when I am shooting for a film, even while shooting for another film, people ask when CID is coming back. So this is a positive response somewhere.”
Daya is bringing her show
In this conversation, Daya also informed that we will do something not for Sony channel, but for the fans at a personal level. We are going to do something in a month or two. Actually, Daya is talking about his new show.
