Ginger recipe- Ayurveda experts say that the recipe of ginger and rock salt is also effective in increasing appetite. For this, before feeding the child, put a piece of ginger mixed with rock salt in his mouth. By doing this, saliva will be produced in his mouth and it goes into the stomach and activates the enzyme. It has to be kept in the mouth for some time. After this it has to be thrown away.
