The Congress high command is strict on Chandigarh MP Manish Tiwari not being given any responsibility in the Punjab Congress organization and his anger. The high command has a clear message to Manish Tiwari that Chandigarh is a Union Territory and Punjab State is not a part of the Congress unit. Till the time Manish Tiwari was the MP from Punjab, he was given responsibility in the Punjab Congress organization, now because the Congress unit of Chandigarh is separate and it is also run by a separate unit, hence any responsibility can be given to him in Chandigarh only.
The high command has also told Manish Tiwari that the party had angered senior Congress leaders like Pawan Bansal and former Union Minister for making him contest the Lok Sabha elections from Chandigarh and after this Manish Tiwari was sent from Punjab to Chandigarh because Manish Tiwari himself had been continuously demanding and pressurizing the high command for the last few years to contest the elections from Chandigarh.
In such a situation, on what basis is Manish Tiwari now presenting claims about the Punjab organization and expressing his displeasure? For this reason, now Manish Tiwari has maintained silence regarding the Punjab Organization controversy and his displeasure and is not answering any questions of the media related to this issue.

Chandigarh MP Manish Tiwari had shared a post on social media on Thursday. The post came hours after the Indian National Congress announced a new organizational team for Punjab, in which he was not given any significant role.
He started the post by writing in Hindi line, Hai bada koi avgun usin, jishke hoonar aawe se Se, Tiwari wrote: I wish I had an antidote (Giddar Singhi) for the insecurity of people and institutions!
Referring to Giddar Singhi, a mythological amulet believed to have magical powers, it seemed that there was no cure for insecurity.
