BSNL launches a phone more expensive than iPhone, price Rs 1,34,166, what is special?

BSNL Satellite Phone: Government telecom company BSNL has launched a new satellite phone in India. This satellite phone is for commercial use, the general public cannot use the satellite phone without permission. The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has clearly stated that users or organizations can use this satellite phone only after getting permission.
