UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath fiercely attacked the Samajwadi Party in Kushinagar. He said that earlier there was terror of Jungle Party in UP. There used to be death due to hunger in Kushinagar 9 years ago. The poor were dying of hunger due to the sins of the previous governments. The general public was troubled by the mafia. There was no facility inside UP. There was an identity crisis outside. During this, he also announced the change of name of the city.
CM Yogi said that the name of Fazilnagar will be changed. Its name will be Pavagadh. Why should we say Fazil? CM said that Kushinagar was most affected by Jungle Party. There was neither electricity nor water under the rule of Jungle Party. We eliminated both mafia and mosquitoes. Mosquitoes brought diseases and mafia brought unemployment. Today, by solving the problem of disease and unemployment, when a job becomes available in Uttar Pradesh, the youth of our Kushinagar also get appointment letter.

CM Yogi said that the double engine government changed the picture of UP. He said that every government has its own vision. No one thought about development before 2022. Here Tamkuhi Raj was made a mere laughing stock. But today I can say that under Tamkuhi rule, local MLAs work diligently, come up with various schemes and MPs also play an active role in it. MLAs and MPs work together so that your demands can be converted into ground reality.

Fazilnagar will be renamed as Pavagadh
Apart from this, we have now proposed to change the name of Fazilnagar. Now it will not be known as Fazilnagar, rather we are going to give it a new identity as ‘Pavagarh’ as a tribute to Lord Mahavir. The name of Pavagadh, its tradition and culture will now reach the entire country and the world, which will be inextricably linked with the legacy of Lord Mahavir. The Chief Minister said that the Samajwadi Party is a declared Ramdrohi. CM Yogi said that we had announced that Ramlala, we will come and build the temple only.
