In his petition, Salman Khan has demanded a permanent and interim ban against the makers of the film and others associated with the film, alleging violation of his personality rights and using his name, image and identity without permission for commercial gain. Actually, recently the trailer of Amit Jani’s film Black Deer The Battle for Legacy has been released. The style and fashion sense of the person shown in this trailer seems to match that of Salman Khan, which also includes Salman’s famous bracelet. According to Salman, the makers are resorting to the superstar’s image for the promotion of this film, which is wrong and also a violation of his personality rights.
Salman had sent notice earlier also
Now salman khan He seems to be strict in this matter and has said in his petition that if this film is released then the ongoing legal proceedings against the superstar may be affected. In such a situation, Salman Khan has requested the court that the release of this film and any kind of promotion should be banned. It is known that Salman Khan has already sent a notice to the makers of the film Black Deer in this matter. Now it remains to be seen whether this matter will be heard in the court.
