UP BJP has announced the names of 58 officials excluding office in-charge and spokespersons. In this, caste equations and balance have been taken care of, in which 16 general caste or upper caste leaders have been given a place in the organization, in which 7 Brahmins have got a place. Big responsibility has been given to 6 Dalit leaders. The dominance of OBCs is visible in the list of the organization. However, the name of the President of Minority Front has not been announced. All the faces who have been in the organization for the last 10 years have been dismissed from the party. Dharmendra Singh and Kameshwar Singh, close to CM Yogi, have also got a place in the organization.
Some old faces of the organization have been appointed to the posts of Vice President and Minister. The party had decided that people who had been in the organization for ten years would be removed and new faces would get a place. In this regard, Pankaj Singh had written a letter demanding to give preference to new faces instead of old faces. When Pankaj left the organization, his younger brother Neeraj Singh got the chance as vice president this time.
Trying to achieve regional and caste balance
The youth have got an opportunity while working on the party’s Vision 2048. In the new list, some people from all the big faces or factions of the party have been included. However, no big leader or government has any influence in the list of the organization. Overall, an attempt has been made to achieve regional and caste balance. In this, 6 out of 58 Dalit faces have also been given a chance, among which former MP Priyanka Rawat and Akanksha Sonkar are also women.
