The Delhi High Court passed an interim order in a suit filed by Ravi Kishan, seeking protection of his personality rights and directions against the dissemination of AI-generated obscene and defamatory content on websites and social media.
Other content featured by Ravi Kishan was a radio segment titled ‘What is Love with Kavi Kishan’ on Ishq 104.8 FM. He argued that the segment violated his rights by using his name, image and likeness for commercial purposes without his consent.
