Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav made a big attack on BJP in a press conference on Tuesday. During this, he expressed his views on issues ranging from bulldozer action to fake encounters. Akhilesh said that it is difficult to get justice in this government. In UP, bulldozers move based on caste. BJP government organizes fake encounters. During this, Akhilesh also mentioned the daughter of Hathras. He said that whatever happened to him in 2020, almost the same thing is being seen in 2026 also. Statistics show that the government wants to hide everything and with the power of its resources, it does not want to let its truth reach even the public.

SP Chief Akhilesh further said that this is not the first time that there is talk about fake encounter. He said that whatever was seen yesterday, the family members say and from the news coming in, it seems that this government keeps conspiring to carry out fake encounters. In UP, fake encounters are taking place as per the wish. Encounters here are done to establish supremacy.

The encounter fills the mind with violence.
He said that an encounter is generally called an encounter. There is no room for violent and criminal activities unless someone misuses it for their own ends. Those who carry out fake encounters are the culprits, not the government. Any encounter that is dictated by one’s own will, understand that it is fake. Encounters are happening as per the wish in UP. BJP is intimidating PDA on the pretext of encounter.

The SP chief further said that the BJP government in UP conducts encounters considering caste and religion. Fake encounter is the hallmark of a failed government. The government which fails adopts the path of fake encounter. The government is creating psychological pressure on the general public through fake encounters. He said that law and order is not maintained due to fake encounters, rather it worsens.
