A bird hit at Jaipur International Airport shortly after a flight took off late Saturday night. Due to which the flight had to be brought back. This incident created a stir, although fortunately no one was harmed. After completion of technical inspection, the flight left for Jeddah again at 1.05 am.
According to the information, the Flynas Airlines flight carrying pilgrims from Jeddah reached Jaipur at around 8.25 pm. After landing the pilgrims safely, the flight left empty for Jeddah at 10:10 pm. It is being told that as soon as the flight took off, a bird collided with the flight.
Pilot made safe landing
It is being told that after the bird hit incident, the pilot immediately informed the Air Traffic Control (ATC). As a precaution, it was decided to bring the flight back to Jaipur. After about half an hour, the flight landed safely at 10.40 pm.
After investigation the flight left for Jeddah
According to airport sources, after the flight landed, the engineering and technical teams conducted a thorough inspection. The affected parts of the flight due to bird hit were inspected and the flight was allowed to fly further only after all safety standards were confirmed. After completion of technical inspection, the flight left for Jeddah again at 1.05 am.
Such accidents happened before also
However, this is not the first time that a bird has collided with a flight. Many such news have come before this also. A few days ago, an Indigo flight from Bengaluru, Karnataka to Mumbai collided with a bird during take-off. After which the flight returned. Flight 6E6283, which was scheduled to depart from Bengaluru at 7.05 pm, turned back shortly after takeoff after the crew reported a bird strike. The pilots decided to return to Bengaluru as a precaution. After checks and safety checks, the flight was declared safe to take off and then took off for Mumbai.
Air Force plane landing in Jaipur
Here the Indian Air Force aircraft was landed in Jaipur. An army security personnel was brought from Suratgarh to Jaipur for treatment, due to which priority landing of the plane was done at Jaipur airport. After this, the soldier was immediately sent from the airport to the hospital.
