
Indian cricketer Yash Dayal has got a big relief in the rape case registered in Ghaziabad. Allahabad High Court, while hearing the case, has currently stayed the entire judicial proceedings of the case. After this order of the court, further action in this case will not be taken in the lower court until the final decision on the petition is taken in the High Court.

Yash Dayal had approached the Allahabad High Court challenging the FIR registered against him and the judicial proceedings related to it. The bench of Justice Sanjay Kumar Pachori, after hearing the arguments of both the parties during the preliminary hearing of the case, while giving interim relief, has ordered to stay the proceedings of the trial court.

The case is related to the allegations of rape registered in Ghaziabad, in which the complainant has made serious allegations. On the other hand, the petitioner has opposed these allegations and claimed that the FIR and the ongoing proceedings based on it are not in accordance with the law.
The High Court made it clear that the final decision will be taken only after a detailed hearing on all the facts and legal aspects of the case. Till then no further judicial action related to this case will be taken in the lower court. After this order, Yash Dayal has got interim relief, but the final outcome of the case will depend on the upcoming hearing of the High Court.
