It is expected to be attended by around 50,000 people from corporate, educational, medical, government and defense institutions as well as community places. Talking about the deeper importance of yoga, Sadhguru has said, “Yoga is not just an exercise. It is a process and a system through which a person can achieve his or her greatest potential.”

These sessions will be conducted by trained volunteers and teachers of Isha Foundation. Under this initiative, people will be taught simple yet effective yoga exercises, which can be easily incorporated in everyday life to improve physical health, mental well-being and quality of life.
