Therefore, to keep it under control, one should eat such things which have more water and do not increase gout or arthritis. There are many types of this health problem, the most common of which are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Due to rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune condition develops in the body. Apart from this, gout also troubles a lot.

Dr. Uma Kumar, Head of the Department of Rheumatology of AIIMS, says that if the heat is excessive then it also affects rheumatic conditions. Pain, stiffness and swelling in joints are called rheumatic conditions. Experts say that it affects people in two ways, one is that their disease flares up.

If someone is suffering from Lupus, they start getting skin rashes, burning sensation and joint pain due to high UV rays during summer. Apart from this, symptoms of lupus start appearing again.

According to experts, lupus is called an autoimmune disease. When this happens, our immune system starts attacking its own healthy cells and organs. Due to this, problems of inflammation start occurring in skin, joints, kidneys, lungs and brain.
