
The ‘Art of Living International Centre’, Bengaluru witnessed a unique confluence of meditation, service and celebration of human values, as many eminent personalities from cinema, literature, governance and public life gathered on one platform. This occasion was to celebrate the 45th foundation anniversary of ‘Art of Living’. The highlight of the day-long festival was ‘Intuition Fest’, in which more than 11,000 children and parents participated.
Many well-known personalities participated in this grand ceremony, including Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, film director Rajkumar Hiran, producer Sajid Nadiadwala and actor Vikrant Massey. During this, actor Vikrant Massey described the opportunity of playing the role of Gurudev in the upcoming film White as a really special experience of his life. He said that this ashram is my home. I consider myself very lucky that I got the opportunity to play the character of my guru who is everything to me.
Director Rajkumar Hirani’s disclosure
Famous director Rajkumar Hirani, while talking about his long association with Gurudev, said that Sudarshan Kriya has had a deep impact on both his personal and professional life.

He said that whenever I come here, I feel a different energy. Before starting work on any of my films, I make sure the entire team does the Sudarshan Kriya.
Sunil Grover captivated the audience
Actor and comedian Sunil Grover lightened the atmosphere with his special style of humor. Sharing his experience of meditation session with Gurudev, he said that you once told me that now a kind of peace is visible on my face. On hearing this, the entire auditorium echoed with laughter and applause.

Talking about Gurudev’s impact on the lives of millions of people and the deep inspiration behind the upcoming film ‘White’, producer Mahavir Jain said, “We are here to thank you for strengthening goodness for 70 years. You taught millions of us how to live life.”
Avinash Gowarikar became emotional
Famous photographer Avinash Gowarikar said that, despite visiting the ashram for the first time, he felt as if he had been associated with the place for years. He said, “I do Sudarshan Kriya every morning. It is impossible to describe in words the energy I felt here.”
Governor Arlekar described Gurudev as the guide of the world.
Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar said that a saint of this stature lives not for himself but for the upliftment of the society.

He said, “Just like Adi Shankaracharya was in his time, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar stands today as a spiritual beacon guiding humanity. Today the world needs such leadership.”
11,000 children showed amazing talent
The highlight of the day-long festival was ‘Intuition Fest’, in which more than 11,000 children and parents participated. The blindfolded children surprised everyone by doing various activities like reading, playing memory games, recognizing patterns, playing tic-tac-toe and drawing pictures. The most exciting sight was when 50 blindfolded children cycled around the Ashram premises and crossed the twists and turns without any difficulty. On this occasion, more than 50 children and participants who have received recognition at both national and international levels were also felicitated.
Gurudev said- Life is a drama
In his address, Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said that the whole of life is a drama. The eyes of every artist are fixed on the director. I assure you that the directors of this world are also keeping a close eye on you. In return, you should also focus your attention on the same director.
