Arshad Warsi Shop Sale: Many Bollywood stars also earn from real estate. News of buying and selling of land and apartments keeps coming every day. Now it has come to light that actor Arshad Warsi has also sold one of his shops. Arshad seems to be getting a profit of more than Rs 4 crore from this deal. This commercial shop of Arshad Warsi was in Andheri West area, which he had purchased about 14 years ago in 2012.

News18 has quoted Liases Foras’s report as saying that Arshad Warsi Has sold a shop in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West for Rs 6.25 crore. The registration of this deal took place on 1 July 2026. Arshad Warsi had bought this property in February 2012 for about Rs 2 crore 12 lakh. According to this, Arshad Warsi has got a profit of Rs 4 crore 13 lakh from this property in about 14 years.

Details of Arshad Warsi’s shop

This shop is on the ground floor of Grenville Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Andheri West. Its carpet area is 684 sq ft (63.87 square metres). The name of the person who has bought this shop of Arshad has been stated as Umang Rajkumar Budhraja. The buyer has paid stamp duty of Rs 37.50 lakh for this deal. The property has been sold at around Rs 91,400 per square feet. When Arshad bought this property in 2012, he had to pay stamp duty of more than Rs 10 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30 thousand. It has also been told in the report that Arshad Warsi and the buyer have not given any reaction on this deal.
