TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee has suffered a major setback in West Bengal. Bengal Assembly Speaker Rathindranath Bose has recognized Ritabrata Banerjee as the leader of the opposition. After this, in the media conference, Ritabrata Banerjee said that there is a team of 58 MLAs in the TMC legislature party, who have won on the party’s election symbol; Two other MLAs are also joining us. Ritabrata claims that he has the support of 60 MLAs. However, during this time Ritabrata Banerjee said that his leader will remain Mamata Banerjee.
Ritabrata Banerjee further said that we will oppose those policies of the Bengal government which we find wrong, but will not protest unnecessarily. During this time he also gave advice to Mamata Banerjee. He said, ‘We request Mamata Banerjee to play the role of chief advisor to the Trinamool Congress Legislature Party.’
