
Home Minister Amit Shah will visit the border areas of India in the next few days and hold security related meetings. His visit is being considered very important in view of India’s border security. Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Bikaner in Rajasthan on the night of 25th May and will visit BSF border post Sanchu at 10 am tomorrow, will interact with the security forces there and will inaugurate welfare schemes for the security forces.
After this, he will review the security of the border area in Bikaner at 2 pm, in which Home Ministry, Rajasthan Government, BSF officials and District Officers and Superintendents of Police of 5 border districts will be present. After this, we will travel to Bhuj in Gujarat on 29th May. In this, we will visit BSF border post and will also go to Haraminale. Then next month on June 05, he will visit the border area in Tripura, after which he will visit Bengal around June 15 and take stock of the border area there.
Pakistan border will be even more secure
During today’s Bikaner visit, he will outline ‘Smart Border Project’ and ‘New Border Security Strategy’ focusing on hybrid warfare and drone warfare on the international border with Pakistan. The proposed ‘Smart Border Project’ will be equipped with drones, radar, modern cameras and other technologies, which aims to create an impenetrable border grid.
