Akshay Kumar Sold Two Flats: Akshay Kumar, known as Bollywood’s Khiladi, has sold his two flats in Borivali area of Mumbai. There is a big size flat, whose area is 1101 square feet. The area of the second flat is 252 square feet. Akshay has made the deal for both the flats for Rs 7.1 crore. The buyer has paid stamp duty of Rs 35.5 lakh for both the flats.
Akshay Kumar has sold big flats for Rs 5.75 crore, for which the buyer has paid stamp duty of Rs 28.75 lakh. The second flat has been sold for Rs 1.35 crore. For this, stamp duty of Rs 6.75 lakh has been deposited. It is being told that the property registration work was done on June 2. By selling these two flats, Akshay Kumar has earned a profit of more than Rs 3 crore.
For how much money did Akshay Kumar buy both the flats?
In fact, Akshay Kumar Had purchased both these flats about 9 years ago. He had taken the big size flat for Rs 3 crore and the small size flat for Rs 67.55 lakh. That means he had paid Rs 3 crore 67 lakh and Rs 55 thousand to buy both the flats. And now he has sold the flats to both of them for Rs 7.1 crore. That means Akshay has got a profit of Rs 3 crore 42 lakh 45 thousand.

Talking about the work front, currently his fans are waiting for his upcoming film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, which is the third part of ‘Welcome’. More than 20 big Bollywood stars including Sunil Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Tusshar Kapoor are going to be seen with him in this film. This film is going to be released on 26th June. It has been directed by Ahmed Khan.
