AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi sounded the assembly election bugle from Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. He announced to make AIMIM state president Shaukat Ali the candidate from Matera assembly seat. Also, while addressing a huge public meeting in Matera Assembly constituency on Sunday, he fiercely targeted SP and BJP.
It is noteworthy that the current MLA from Matera assembly seat is Samajwadi Party’s Maria Shah. Yadav in Matera assembly constituency, There is a large number of voters from Muslims, Dalits and backward classes and they play an important role in elections. Since 2012, Samajwadi Party has been continuously winning in this area.
Owaisi Said that AIMIM will enter the election field with full strength and will perform well. mToday in Terra Assembly, Bahraich, only the name of AIMIM is echoing on every tongue. The love, affection and enthusiasm shown by the people by participating in the public meeting in large numbers is truly praiseworthy.
Atrocities on Muslims are happening under BJP rule
Owaisi said that AIMIM is continuously active in the state. Five years ago also he had come here and addressed the meeting and also visited the Dargah of Salar Ghazi Masood.
Owaisi said that we are ready to cooperate with the intention of stopping BJP. Majlis is ready if talks are held with respect and participation. He alleged that Muslims are being persecuted in BJP ruled states. Houses of Muslims are being demolished with bulldozers. Encounters of Muslim youth are taking place.
UP becomes India’s largest beef exporter
Attacking the UP government, he said that Uttar Pradesh has become India’s largest beef exporter. 40 to 60 percent beef exporter is from Uttar Pradesh. On removing the I Love Mohammad poster, Owaisi said that removing the poster will not reduce love.
