After a month of silence, the IPO market is bright again! 2 big mainboard public offers will give earning opportunity this week

May 31, 2026 by Uma Shankar

After about a month, India’s stock market is ready to be seen in action mode again. Two mainboard IPOs and 3 SME IPOs are coming next week. This means that a total of four IPOs are going to launch in the first week of next month. All eyes will be on the IPO of CMR Green Technologies and Hexagon Nutrition, which together aim to raise around Rs 770 crore. These offers are coming at a time when the IPO market had come to a standstill for the last few weeks due to the sluggish environment of 2026. Although many companies have received regulatory approval in recent weeks, many companies have postponed their IPO plans due to market volatility. Let us also tell you which companies are coming to try their luck in the primary market of the country.

CMR Green Technologies IPO

The first issue to hit the market next week will be that of CMR Green Technologies. The company’s IPO will open on June 3 and close on June 5. The price band of this issue has been fixed between Rs 182-192 per share and its target is to raise Rs 630.9 crore. Equirus Capital is managing this offer. CMR Green Technologies operates in the metal recycling and circular economy segments, manufacturing recycled aluminum and zinc products for automotive and industrial uses. The company’s customers include many major automotive manufacturers and are positioned to benefit from the growing adoption of recycled metals and sustainability-focused manufacturing practices. The company is expected to attract investors given the increasing focus on resource efficiency, electric vehicles and environmental regulations promoting the use of recycled materials.

Hexagon Nutrition IPO

The second mainboard issue scheduled for next week is that of Hexagon Nutrition. This IPO will open on June 5 and close on June 9. The company has set a price band of Rs 42-45 per share and plans to raise Rs 138.9 crore through ‘Offer for Sale’ (OFS) of 3.09 crore shares. Since this issue is completely OFS, the company will not receive any amount from this public offering. Hexagon Nutrition is a research-based nutrition company engaged in manufacturing micronutrient premixes, wellness and clinical nutrition products, therapeutic formulations and ready-to-use nutritional foods.

Established in 1993, the company operates its manufacturing units in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Uzbekistan and exports its products to more than 75 countries. Its products are sold through both business-to-consumer and business-to-business channels. These include brands like Pentasure, Obesigo, Pediagold and Nutrone. The company has recorded continuous financial growth in recent years. Profit after tax increased from Rs 5.8 crore in FY23 and Rs 12.2 crore in FY24 to Rs 24.4 crore in FY25, while total income increased to Rs 331 crore. At the upper end of the price band, Hexagon Nutrition’s valuation is around 15 times its post-issue earnings.

Small IPOs will also knock

Apart from mainboard issues, the SME segment is also expected to be active next week. Genxai Analytics is planning to raise around Rs 55 crore through its NSE SME IPO. This IPO will open on June 5 and close on June 9. The price of this issue has been fixed at Rs 110-116 per share. Vahh Chemicals will launch a fixed-price SME issue of Rs 13.5 crore between June 4 and June 8 on the BSE SME platform. Merritronix will also enter the SME market. Its issue of Rs 70 crore will open on June 1 and close on June 3. Although SME issues continue to attract investors, the performance of listings has been mixed in recent months. In such a situation, the quality of subscription and discipline in valuation have become even more important factors for investors.
