Nutrients like fiber, vitamin E, B6, copper, iron, zinc, manganese, folate are also found in it. You can make khichdi and eat it, which makes your stomach feel full and is easily digested. 
According to Health Line, Spirulina is also a good source of protein. Approximately 2 teaspoons of Spirulina provides 8 grams of protein. It is considered an excellent super food which is beneficial for your overall health as well as hair and skin. It also contains nutrients like magnesium, riboflavin, manganese, potassium.
