  • According to the Hindu calendar, the full moon date of Adhik Maas will start on May 30 at 11:57 am.
  • This date will end on May 31 at 02:14 pm.

In such a situation, according to Udayatithi, the full moon of Jyeshtha Adhikamas will be celebrated on 31 May 2026, but astrologers believe that it would be auspicious to keep the full moon fast on 30 May, while it would be best to take a bath and donate on the full moon day on 31 May.

Adhik Maas Purnima 2026 Snan-Daan Subh Muhurat

It is most auspicious and best to take bath and donate in Brahma Muhurta on the full moon day of Adhikamas. Ganga bath can be taken during other auspicious times also on this day. On the full moon day of Adhikamas, the Brahma Muhurta of bathing and donating in Ganga will be from 04:34 AM to 05:17 AM. After this, Abhijit Muhurta will be from 12:10 pm to 01:03 pm. Then Vijay Muhurta will last from 02:48 pm to 03:41 pm. You can take bath in Ganga during these auspicious times also.

According to Hindu religious beliefs, on the full moon day of Adhikamas, the Moon becomes proficient in its 16 arts. This increases the positive energy flow.
