After the announcement of Tulsi Gabbard leaving the post, a new appointment has been announced so that the work of intelligence agencies is not affected. President Trump said that Aaron Lucas, a senior official of Tulsi Gabbard’s department and Deputy Director, will now be the new acting director.
Trump said that Aaron Lucas will now be the new head of the US Intelligence Department. Tulsi Gabbard has done a wonderful job in her post, but now after her departure, Lucas will have an important responsibility related to the security of the country.
In fact, America’s Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has announced her resignation from her post. She will leave her post completely on 30th June. According to Gabbard, she has taken this decision not for any political reason, but because of family problems. Her husband has been diagnosed with a rare and serious disease like bone cancer.
Gabbard said that she has decided to leave this post to support her husband in such difficult times. She also shared her resignation on social media and said that it is most important for her to be with her husband in this difficult time.

Many big leaders of America have fully supported Tulsi Gabbard on this emotional decision. US Vice President JD Vance has called Gabbard a true patriot. She said that family always comes first for a person and she would pray for her husband’s speedy recovery.
Along with this, Senator Lindsey Graham, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche and Turning Point CEO Erica Kirk also praised the work of Tulsi Gabbard. On the other hand, California Senator Adam Schiff opposed her policies, alleging that Gabbard politicized her position and weakened security agencies.
