4 new color options revealed
In the report of tipster Sunny Dickson and GSMArena regarding iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, it has been claimed that this phone can come in four color options. These include cherry, light blue, dark gray or black and silver finish. Cherry color is being discussed the most which is being considered as the headline shade of this time. This color can replace Cosmic Orange which came last year. Every year, Apple introduces a special color in its Pro models and this time Cherry is being said to be the new iconic color.
Discussion on removal of Cosmic Orange
According to leaks, the Cosmic Orange color that came in the iPhone 17 Pro series will not be seen in the iPhone 18 Pro. This color had become quite popular earlier and many Android brands had also adopted similar shades. But now reports suggest that Apple will not continue it further. Instead, cherry color can be made the new focus. This change is considered a major update in Apple’s color strategy. However, no official confirmation has been made by the company yet.
Design and launch timeline
Leaked dummy units suggest that the design of the iPhone 18 Pro series may remain largely similar to the iPhone 17 Pro. There are no major changes visible in it but there is definitely talk of some new features. According to reports, Dynamic Island may be shortened. Also, there is a possibility of variable aperture technology in the camera which can further improve photography. Talking about the launch timeline, Apple usually introduces its new iPhone series in the second week of September and it is expected that the iPhone 18 series will also be launched on the same pattern.
