Same characters will be seen in ‘3 Idiots 2’
When Rajkumar Hirani was asked whether3 idiotsWill the further story be shown in the second part or will the film be made with new characters? So he made it clear that all the old characters will be there in the film. He said, “All the characters will be the same. All will be the same. It will be like a time leap, like what are they doing now? This ‘3 Idiots’ will take place after 20 years, so the age of all these characters will have increased. Now they will not be in college, but they will be working, married and having children, then we will see what happens in their lives.”
Work going on on the script of ‘3 Idiots 2’
During this time, Rajkumar Rao also told that at present he is working only on the initial script of the film. He said that this is still a very early draft. He told that aamir khan Has heard the initial draft and he likes it, but he still has to work on it. He says, “Right now, Abhijat Joshi and I are confined somewhere outside Mumbai, and are trying to write it. So I think we will know in the next two months when we will be able to start it.”
In ‘3 Idiots’, Aamir Khan played the role of Rancho, R Madhavan played the role of Raju and Sharman Joshi played the role of Farhan. The budget of the film was Rs 55 crore and it did a business of more than Rs 202 crore at the domestic box office. The film had earned Rs 350 crore worldwide.
