Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav is trying to win the assembly elections in 2027 by presenting his vision document these days. For this, a vision document program is being organized in every city of UP. In this series, Akhilesh Yadav, while presenting his vision document in Prayagraj today, has accused the Yogi government of paper leak in more than 20 examinations. CM Yogi Adityanath also retaliated on these allegations.
In Prayagraj, former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said that more than 20 papers have been leaked in the Yogi government. There is an octave model for any examination in their government – first the recruitment advertisement comes out, then the examination is conducted, then the paper gets leaked, then the government denies, then the candidates are lathi charged, then they go to the High Court, then they go to the Supreme Court, then the recruitment process itself is cancelled. After this, recruitment comes out again and the paper gets leaked.
’20 papers leaked in 10 years of Yogi government’
Former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said, ‘Inspector Recruitment in 2017, Junior Engineer Recruitment in 2018, Panchayat Officer Recruitment in 2018, Tube Well Driver Recruitment in 2018, UP TET Exam in 2019, UP TET Exam in 2021, then UP TET Exam this year, High School Board Exam in 2020, Intermediate Board Exam in 2020, Intermediate Board in 2022. Exam, then Intermediate Board Exam in 2024, High School Board Exam in 2025, Constable Recruitment Exam in 2024 was leaked.
Akhilesh Yadav further said, ‘The papers of NEET-UG exam in 2024, NEET UG exam in 2026, UGC NET exam in 2024, Assistant Professor Recruitment in 2025, SSC GD Constable Recruitment in 2025 and Lekhpal Recruitment in 2026 were leaked.’ Akhilesh said that on one hand the BJP government pushed government departments towards privatization and on the other hand the process of paper leak in recruitments continues, when students demand justice then FIR is registered against them.
Former CM Akhilesh Yadav said, paper leak is a question of future, respect and rights of crores of youth. In Prayagraj itself, Akhilesh announced 7 promises of justice guarantee to paper leak victim students. This includes-

3. Nearest Examination Center
4. Secure Exam System
5. Direct action against the culprits
6. Time bound investigation and fast track punishment
7. Free Retest and Travel Assistance
What did CM Yogi say on Akhilesh’s allegations?
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath responded to these allegations of Akhilesh Yadav in Pilibhit. He said, ‘If you wake up at 12 o’clock, get ready by 2 o’clock, go to the gym at 5 o’clock, then where will you have the habit of listening to the plight of the poor? For them, development is only the development of Saifai, Pilibhit was not on their agenda, if it had been there then a medical college would have been built if there were four governments. These people, who are limited to their families, cannot do welfare of the society, cannot do welfare of the country.
CM Yogi said, ‘If the bicycle is ridden, it will create riots, create nuisance, impose curfew, commit hooliganism, compromise daughter’s safety, loot businessmen, and make the life of decent people in the society miserable. Where cow sheds are being built today, this land must have been captured by some SP before 2017, because when the government came, we had announced on the very first day that if the land has been captured then vacate it, otherwise action will be initiated within 48 hours.
