A major accident occurred during a zip lining ride made for entertainment, in which a 15-year-old teenager died after falling from a height. A live video of this shocking accident has also surfaced, which is rapidly going viral on social media.
According to the information received, the teenager was enjoying the zip lining swing located at Agra Chowpatty. Meanwhile, due to a sudden technical fault or safety lapse, he lost control in the air and fell straight down. An eyewitness present there captured the video of this entire incident in his mobile. It is heartbreaking to see the teenager falling in the video. Kishore’s parents were also there. His son died in front of his eyes.
Questions raised on safety standards, manager in custody
After this tragic accident, serious questions have been raised on the company operating zip lining at Chowpatty and its security arrangements. People allege that the safety standards required for adventure sports were being grossly ignored.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the local police immediately reached the spot. The police have taken the manager of the operating company into custody and investigation into the cause of the accident has been started. Preparations are being made to take legal action against the company on charges of negligence.
Body sent for post mortem
The police took the body of the dead child in their custody, filled the Panchnama and sent it for post-mortem. After this accident, there is chaos in the family of the deceased and there is an atmosphere of panic among the tourists and local people coming to Agra Chowpatty.
