The outlines of the nuclear deal between America and Iran are beginning to emerge. According to JD Vance, head of the American negotiating team, this agreement proposal is of one and a half pages. The leaders of both the countries have digitally signed it. The proposal will come into effect from Friday (June 19). 14 conditions have been included in this proposal.

1. According to Abbas Araghchi, this is a temporary agreement, which will remain in effect for 60 days. Under the agreement, there will be no attacks on Iran and Lebanon. America and Israel are the other side of the agreement.
2. As soon as the agreement comes into force, the process of meeting for a permanent solution will be started. The first meeting for this is proposed in Geneva. The text of the temporary agreement will be released publicly in Geneva itself.
3. According to JD Vance, Iran will not make nuclear weapons. For this, Iran has cited the NPT law. In 2021, Iran had accelerated the process of making nuclear weapons.
4. Under the agreement, Iran will allow members of the International Atomic Energy Center to come to Tehran. The members of this team will go to Iran and find out the condition of the enriched uranium possessed by Iran.
5. According to CNN, Iran will not increase uranium enrichment by more than 3.67 percent for the next 10 years. Keeping in mind the energy needs, Iran has been given this exemption.
6. According to JD Vance, as soon as the agreement comes into force, Iran will completely open the Strait of Hormuz. No toll will be collected from here. Right now Iran is collecting toll from here.
7. The economic sanctions imposed on Iran will be ended. His freeze money will also be returned. In the first phase, an amount of 24 billion dollars will be given to Iran.
8. Under the agreement, no new sanctions will be imposed on Iran for the next 60 days. Iran can sell its oil freely during this period.
9. There is a preparation to give 300 billion dollars as compensation to Iran. According to JD Vance, this money will be given when Iran resolves uranium enrichment.
10. According to Iran, after the signing of the agreement, the American army will withdraw from the areas around Iran. This means that the additional American troops deployed in the Gulf of Hormuz and Oman will go back.
11. Will the arbitrator countries create a system through which it will be seen whether the agreement is being followed or not? This has been named monitoring system.
12. America will not interfere in Iran’s internal affairs during talks on permanent peace. According to President Donald Trump, America will no longer attempt a coup. There has already been a change of power there.
13. America will also remove the blockade from the Gulf of Oman. America has deployed 10 thousand soldiers in the Gulf of Oman to make the blockade effective, due to which it is difficult for ships to and from Hormuz.
14. Efforts will be made to get the final agreement between Iran and America approved by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). So that America does not cancel it again in the future.
